Does your organisation use the AI system from an establishment in the EU, or is the system placed on the market, put into service or producing outputs used in the EU?

Article 2. Outputs used in the EU count even when the system runs elsewhere. Use by an individual for purely personal, non-professional purposes is outside the Act (Art. 2(10)).
