Public API

Build on your documents

Search, ask and push documents over a documented API, with keys that a workspace owner or administrator creates and revokes.

In the product

What a key can do

Two kinds of key
A client key searches and chats, and an indexing key pushes documents in.
Reads what is shared
A key reads what is shared with the whole workspace and what it indexed itself, and nothing else.
Scoped and time-bound
Each key carries only the scopes you grant, and can expire or accept calls from listed network addresses only.
Created by an owner
Only a workspace owner or administrator creates a key, and in a workspace of one, that is you.
Shown once
The secret is shown once, and a rotation keeps the old one valid for a grace period you choose.
Illustrative example: fictional names and documents, shown in the product's own interface.

Where the data goes

Where a request is answered

An API request reads the same stores as the application: Documents stored in the EU, AI processing in France.

Build on it at launch

Accounts open at launch. Join the launch list, and we write to you when you can create your first key.
