Every new account starts with 14 days on the Team plan with 3 seats, no card. When the trial ends, the account stays on the free plan.

Questions people ask before they pay
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You keep the free plan with everything you indexed inside its window. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged; a card is never asked for during the trial.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The free plan and the 14-day trial both run without one.
- Are the prices with or without VAT?
- Personal is a consumer price and includes VAT. Team and Business are business prices and exclude it; an EU business with a valid VAT number is invoiced under the reverse charge.
- How do seats work on Team?
- Team starts at 2 seats and every seat is billed the same. Documents pool across the seats, so a shared drive is indexed once for everyone.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then falls back to the free plan, never to a lockout.
- When is Business the right plan?
- From 50 seats, or earlier when you need single sign-on, SCIM, your own DPA terms, an SLA or invoicing. The price is quoted from where the Team price ends, so write to us with the seat count and the terms you need.
