Documents and AI processing in the EU.
No AI training on customer data. For one person or a whole organisation, data is erased on request under GDPR Article 17.
How your data is handled- GDPR by design
- Data minimisation and purpose limitation (GDPR Art. 5), and each workspace's data kept apart by database row-level security.
- AI transparency
- An answer written from your documents cites them, the chat states that its answers are AI-generated, and exported reports carry an AI mark (EU AI Act Art. 50).
- Named sub-processors
- AI models from EEA-incorporated vendors. The sub-processor register names each provider, its jurisdiction and its transfer basis.
- Encryption
- Documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).
