Accessibility Statement
We want everyone in the EU, whether an individual or a business, to be able to use Nordvec. This statement explains where we stand, how we test, and how to reach us.

Our commitment
Nordvec is committed to making its website, product, and documentation accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or assistive technology. Accessibility is a baseline we design toward, not a feature we bolt on, and it applies equally to individuals solving their own work and to teams adopting Nordvec across an organisation.
Standard we measure against
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, as required by the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882). These cover keyboard operation, colour contrast, focus visibility, semantic structure, and compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
Conformance status
Nordvec is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the experience fully meet the standard while others do not yet. Our product documentation and guides are verified against WCAG 2.2 AA on every change; the marketing site and the embedded API reference are held to the same standard but have not yet completed a full audit. We are actively closing the remaining gaps.
Scope of this statement
This statement covers the public Nordvec website and product documentation at nordvec.com, including the marketing pages, the product guides, and the API reference. It does not cover third-party content or services that we link to but do not control.
How we test
Every change to the documentation is checked automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA rules using axe-core, running in our continuous-integration pipeline, so a regression in contrast, labelling, or structure fails the build before it ships. Automated testing is the floor, not the ceiling: we complement it with manual keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader passes, which are ongoing across the rest of the site.
Known limitations
We are aware that some areas fall short today: parts of the marketing site have not completed a manual assistive-technology review, and the interactive API reference is a self-hosted third-party component whose conformance we are still verifying. Where a barrier prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible alternative without undue delay.
Feedback and how to reach us
If you encounter a barrier or need content in a different format, email us at accessibility@nordvec.com. Tell us the page, what went wrong, and the assistive technology you were using if relevant. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five working days and to offer an accessible alternative for the content you needed.
Enforcement procedure
If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the accessibility enforcement body in your EU member state. Each member state designates an authority responsible for the European Accessibility Act; your national consumer-protection or accessibility authority can direct you to the correct contact.
How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 13 July 2026 based on a self-assessment combining automated WCAG 2.2 AA testing of the documentation and manual review of the wider site. We review it at least annually and whenever a significant change to the site could affect accessibility.
