Zendesk is a planned connector. It cannot be connected yet.
This connector is on our roadmap and not yet available to connect. The source_provider values and search behavior below describe how it will work once it ships.

The connector is built to import these from Zendesk: tickets, comments, and attachments.

Zendesk is not yet connectable. Once it ships, you will connect it from your integrations settings. The connector reads with the account of the person who connects it. Documents from Zendesk are private to the person who connected it until that person shares them. Documents are stored in the EU; every processor that touches them is published with its jurisdiction and transfer basis at /subprocessors.
