## What this page is, and what it is not

Every incident and maintenance window is opened and updated from our staff console. Each update is written to the operator audit ledger in the same transaction that publishes it, and none can be edited or deleted afterwards.

The record is what our operators declare. No automated probe posts here yet, so an outage nobody has posted is not on this page until someone does.
