You keep the free plan with everything you indexed inside its window. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged; a card is never asked for during the trial. ### Do I need a card to start? No. The free plan and the 14-day trial both run without one. ### Are the prices with or without VAT? Personal is a consumer price and includes VAT. Team and Business are business prices and exclude it; an EU business with a valid VAT number is invoiced under the reverse charge. ### How do seats work on Team? Team starts at 2 seats and every seat is billed the same. Documents pool across the seats, so a shared drive is indexed once for everyone. ### Can I cancel any time? Yes. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then falls back to the free plan, never to a lockout. ### When is Business the right plan? From 50 seats, or earlier when you need single sign-on, SCIM, your own DPA terms, an SLA or invoicing.
