# HubSpot
Source: https://nordvec.com/docs/guides/connectors/hubspot

Connect HubSpot to Nordvec: what it imports, how to filter searches by it, and how to connect. CRM.

Imports HubSpot contacts, companies, deals, notes, logged emails, calls and meetings, with the files attached to notes and emails.

## What it imports [#what-it-imports]

Nordvec imports these from HubSpot: contacts, companies, deals, leads, quotes, notes, logged emails, calls, meetings, feedback submissions, and attachments.

Nordvec checks HubSpot for changes on a schedule, and a document deleted in HubSpot is removed at the next check.

## Filtering searches by HubSpot [#filtering-searches-by-hubspot]

Documents synced from HubSpot carry these `source_provider` values. Pass one to
[`/documents/search`](/docs/guides/how-to/filter-search) to restrict results to
this connector:

- `hubspot`

```bash
curl https://nordvec.com/api/v1/documents/search \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $NORDVEC_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"query": "quarterly report", "sourceProvider": "hubspot"}'
```

## Connecting HubSpot [#connecting-hubspot]

Connect HubSpot from **Connectors** in Nordvec. The connector reads with the account of the person who connects it.
Documents from HubSpot are private to the person who connected it until that person shares them.
An API key reads only what is shared with the workspace, so it finds these
documents once their owner shares them.
Documents are stored in the EU; every processor that touches them is published
with its jurisdiction and transfer basis at [/subprocessors](/subprocessors).
