Imports Freshdesk tickets with their conversations and attachments.

## What it imports [#what-it-imports]

Nordvec imports these from Freshdesk: tickets, replies, notes, and attachments.

Nordvec checks Freshdesk for changes on a schedule, and a document deleted in Freshdesk is removed at the next check.

## Filtering searches by Freshdesk [#filtering-searches-by-freshdesk]

Documents synced from Freshdesk carry these `source_provider` values. Pass one to
[`/documents/search`](/docs/guides/how-to/filter-search) to restrict results to
this connector:

## Connecting Freshdesk [#connecting-freshdesk]

Connect Freshdesk from **Connectors** in Nordvec. The connector reads with the account of the person who connects it.
Documents from Freshdesk are private to the person who connected it until that person shares them.
An API key reads only what is shared with the workspace, so it finds these
documents once their owner shares them.
Documents are stored in the EU; every processor that touches them is published
with its jurisdiction and transfer basis at [/subprocessors](/subprocessors).
