### Where do the ChatGPT Enterprise values come from?

Each value was read from a page OpenAI publishes, on the date printed under it, and that page is linked from the cell. Our own values come from the registries behind this site: the sub-processor register, the plan catalogue and the company registration, each linked from its cell too.

### What happens when OpenAI changes something?

Every observation carries a window. When it expires, the build of this site fails until someone re-reads the page and corrects the value or the date, so an out-of-date comparison cannot stay published unnoticed. If you spot a change before we do, write to trust@nordvec.com and we correct it.

### Why is the Nordvec column not just ticks?

A tick would be our verdict. The column states the same kind of fact as the other, in the same words, and links the page on this site where that fact is governed, so a lawyer can read both columns the way a buyer does.
